Head of Strategy & Portfolio Office
Location: Regents Park, London (hybrid, min 2 days/week in the office)
Have you got experience developing and implementing business strategies and delivering a complex portfolio of change? This truly is a unique opportunity to join a highly important charity who do incredible work for communities, schools and many other groups across London.
The charity is commercially driven and raises its income through various ways including large events such as Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and the British Summer Time concerts.
The Head of Strategy and Portfolio Office will lead, champion and be responsible for delivery of the corporate strategy, business planning and overseeing the portfolio of change. Business Planning: Developing and implementing strategic business planning across the whole charity
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work culture
· Experience of developing and implementing corporate strategies and strategic business planning
· Experience in a leadership role, building and developing teams
· Strong project and programme management delivery methodologies and principles
· Comfortable presenting and communicating with various senior stakeholders
