This role offers an excellent annual salary of up to £70k, a performance-related bonus and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dedicated team. You'll also have access to your pay as you earn it, making financial management easier.
Our client is an established and successful, family-owned and managed care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex. They currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex, offering the highest standards of resident care, 24 hours a day, for both long and short-term stays.

Oversee the entire service at Berkeley Lodge, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
# Ensure clinical compliance and high-quality hospitality services.
# Manage the business performance of the home.
# Be responsible for quality monitoring and on-call duties due to the seniority of the role.


An excellent annual salary of up to £70k.
~ A performance-related bonus.
~25 Days Holiday plus usual bank holidays.
~ A permanent, full-time contract of 40 hours per week.

NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RMN.
Background working as a CQC Registered Manager specialising in Nursing care / dementia.
Comprehensive knowledge and expertise of CQC essential standards and relevant legislation.
Financial awareness and budget management skills.
