The purpose of this role is to support the execution of the requirements of our alliance account customers and ensure best in class customer delivery excellence whilst maximizing internal efficiencies. You will be the interface between the commercial and the SCM teams.
It will support the process from sales order entry to on time in full delivery of all products for the accounts within their portfolio, while owning and driving some elements of it. It is also responsible to support the identification of supply chain initiatives that are mutually beneficial (revenue generations and cost reduction) to adidas and our alliance account customers which will provide a long-term impact for both parties.
Support in the definition of priorities, opportunities and risks for the alliance key accounts in the team's portfolio. Collect, prioritize and provide solution to alliance accounts portfolio specific requirements, working with our global partners to provide the optimum solution whether this is existing or developing innovative solutions.
Drive relevant projects and initiatives to be executed within specified timelines and within budget.
Work with Product Supply and Alliance Account Customer Fulfillment teams to maximize Dedicated and Direct opportunities with special focus on dedicated potential and dedicated conversion.
Alliance Account Sales team
Supply Chain Management Europe
Able to accept and meet deadlines, involving effective time management capacity and sense of priorities and agility.
Fluent in English (written and oral)
College or university degree with a focus supply chain management, alternatively, related work experience in the field of Logistics, Footwear and/or Apparel
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Customer Service environment within the footwear and apparel industry.
