Setting up and maintaining of programme and project folders and control of baseline documentation
Maintaining, monitoring and updating programme and project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs on behalf of assigned programmes and projects – working closely with programme and project managers to ensure quality and standards are adhered to
Undertaking delivery responsibility for discrete project workstreams, work packages or deliverables as assigned by the programme or project
Supporting programmes and projects in ensuring adherence to CDM methodology, frameworks and all project documentation is maintained to the required quality.
Organising, attending and participating in programme and project meetings and other key events
Documenting and following up on actions and decisions from key programme and project meetings. Strong experience in a Project Co-ordinator role for a large, complex organisation ideally in a regulated environment
Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise across multiple conflicting project demands
Competent in using Microsoft suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and working knowledge of MS Project
