As Engineering Team Manager, you will be responsible to provide a comprehensive engineering support service to meet the business & regulatory needs of the department, with responsibility for all engineering activities associated with the production process.
Manage, supervise, and develop the Steriles engineering team.
Plan and implement the EHS policy and Quality policy, maintenance strategy, and improvement activities.
Hold regular structured performance meetings with all employees to review development, progress against objectives and to recognize success.
Have a continuous improvement mindset and use GPS tools to help deliver the department KPI`s.
Ensure the engineering department remains in an audit-ready state.
Additional duties as defined by the business unit Engineering Operations Manager.
HNC/HND in an Engineering related discipline
Engineering problem-solving experience
Pharma or Medical/Healthcare industry experience
Proficient in use of SAP and Veeva QD
