Registered Manager - supported living for adults with learning disabilities

Are you looking for a management position where you can make a difference to the lives of the people we care for? Are you an inspirational individual wanting to work within a values-based organisation? If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join them.

About the Role

As a CQC Registered Manager you will be responsible for one of their registered houses that provides care and support to 9 individuals all with profound and multiple learning disabilities. At current, they have 3 ladies and 6 gentlemen who live here between the ages of 19 to 50 years old.

Key aspects of this role are to help shape and deliver the strategy in your areas of influence and across their wider Trust.

What they are looking for:

Great care is dependent on a great team, so youll have strong leadership and coaching skills along with a desire to help develop your team and support progression. You may well be an experienced Registered Manager working in a different setting, or someone who is seeking their next challenge. Youll have the passion for supporting individuals to live their best possible lives with a strong commitment to Equality, Diversion and Inclusion.
