Deputy Care Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the daily operations of our day to day running of our domically care company. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the care team in delivering high-quality care to residents/patients
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Handle any issues or concerns raised by residents, families, or staff members
  • Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Skills:
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience in home or assisted living settings
  • Knowledge of home care services and practices
  • Proficient in supervising and managing a care team
  • Familiarity with dementia care principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in medication administration protocols
