Working on your own geographical patchAssisting with the delivery of housing management servicesAssisting with resolving complex issues such as anti-social behaviourAssisting with project management and environmental improvementsGiving support, guidance, and advice to local neighbourhood residents associationsOur ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and manage a busy workload. It is important that you have an understanding of key safeguarding principles, as well as excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.You may already work in a housing role, or you may be working in a role within law enforcement, social services, mental health services, or even the military.
