Our client, a modern and established firm, is looking to expand their consultancy programme and grow their team from 13 to 40 consultants in the next 12 months.

o commercial matters, including commercial contracts, intellectual property and GDPR;
o non-contentious employment law matters such as employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements
• Working closely and collaboratively with the firm and potentially other consultants in different legal areas to provide a full service on corporate transactions and restructure matters
• To liaise with clients commercial agents, business sale brokers, other professionals and opposing solicitors by telephone, post, e-mail or in person, as necessary, at every stage of the transaction
• To be responsible for all file opening and AML procedures and to ensure compliance with
• regulatory requirements in relation to the same
• To manage a range of corporate and commercial matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion
• You'll have the flexibility to work when you want, with monthly meetings and support from a business manager and IT support. Plus, you'll have access to a case management system, back-office support, and lead generation.
