  • Take ownership of all co-ordination activities within project execution to ensure products and services meet business and customer requirements.
  • Update project manpower planning rota and keep the Project Manager informed of any changes.
  • Assist with the logistics of personnel to and from projects.
  • Interface with the Operations and HR Departments regarding personnel resources and onboarding.
  • Update project schedules.
  • Assist the Project Managers with documentation and control.
  • Set up and maintain project files.
  • Assist the team with project costings.
  • Provide reports to clients and the Project Manager when required.
  • Co-ordinate and progress other project activities and tasks, as required.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and external partners, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables. This involves creating project plans, timelines, and assigning responsibilities to team members while monitoring progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
Salary: £35k to £40k depending on experience Location: Aberdeen Work Experience Required:
  • Experience in a Project Co-ordinator or Project planning role.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel, and MS Projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
