The Service Engineer is a critical customer facing role that requires excellent communication and technical ability, a sound understanding of customer care and the systems operated by Kingspan. The Service Engineer is responsible safe and timely delivery of work allocated to them and reporting back as directed by company procedures that work has been completed satisfactorily and to the satisfaction of the customer and Kingspan.

Obtain tasks using PDA software as provided.
Carry out a visual risk assessment on each job and raise any concerns with line manager.
Deliver excellent customer service and discuss with customer on all recommendations onsite including service plans and upgrade options and note these on your report.
Carry out monthly stock takes on van stock or stock stored at lockups.
Carry out on-the-job training and training courses as required.
Liaise with customer on site as required and keep them abreast of any issues/updates on their expectations and seek office involvement where additional unforeseen costs will require paid for.
Vans will be tracked for health and safety and customer verification purposes and you will be provided with a SATNAV system to ensure you take the most efficient routes between jobs.
Ensure company property and vehicles are maintained in line with company policy.
1 years electrical or mechanical engineering experience and must be electrically competent.
~ IT literate with MS Office and experience of using a PDA reporting system.
~ Experience working in Wastewater/ Water Industry.
