Apply now for the position of Lawyer - Legal Contract Management and you will have the exciting opportunity to use your legal skills and business acumen in an innovative sector with a leading global brand. This is a full-time permanent position that can be based from home within GB&I.
You will provide legal and contract support to the Siemens Healthineers GB&I business.
* You will draft and negotiate complex and high value change control notices to our existing projects, as well as negotiate contract schedules both pre and post bid including incorporating relevant feedback from the business.
* You will consolidate commercial feedback and properly reflect such feedback by marking up and providing commentary on change controls, research and collaboration agreements, outsourcing agreement, supplier contracts and other commercial agreements.
* You will provide contract reviews and analysis to the business in relation to general contractual matters including potential or actual disputes.
* You will need good communication skills and to be fluent in spoken and written English.
* Legally qualified to practice law in England and Wales (minimum 1-year PQE)
* You will require experience of reviewing, drafting, and negotiating general commercial contracts without the need for significant legal supervisory support.
