About the Role

As a Screen Clinical Pharmacist, you will step into a world where innovation meets compassion, working at the forefront of patient-centred care. Qualifications and desirable criteria

  • GpHC registration
  • A current driving licence with no more than 6 points

The successful candidate must be open and willing to develop, be hard working and take pride in delivering excellence. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously while developing rapport with a range of Primary Care teams.
