My client is a renowned drinks wholesaler, supplying a wide range of beverages to businesses across Hertfordshire and beyond. With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, this company are dedicated to providing their clients with the best products and support. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires energy, talent and a drive for sales and business relationships. The Account Manager responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the drinks or FMCG industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license
