Nurse – Eating Disorders (Band 6) Spring Tide Intensive Treatment Programme
30 hours per week | Permanent

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for supporting children and young people with eating disorders? Join Spring Tide — our specialist Intensive Treatment Programme for 10–18 year olds — and play a central role in delivering evidence-based care that transforms lives.
At Spring Tide, you'll work as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team that uses Maudsley Family Therapy models, E-CBT and NICE-aligned interventions to support recovery. Lead specialist assessments, clinical reviews and care planning
Take charge of the unit, organising and chairing MDT meetings
Provide mentorship, supervision and support to junior colleagues
Support service development, quality improvement and audit activity
Training in FT-AN will be provided if needed, and there are strong opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development.
Registered RMN, RGN or RNLD (active NMC)
Experience working with children and young people with mental health needs (eating disorders experience is helpful but not essential)
Confident clinical assessment, risk management and therapeutic practice skills
Interest in leadership, supervision or service improvement
