Your working environment will be decidedly research-driven and the key areas the business will touch on are testing and development of therapeutics for serious human diseases.
Assist planning and delivering scientific projects for the development of novel Organ-on-a-Chip models and applications led by R&D Senior Scientists.
Analysing and reporting data in a non-biased manner and to a high-quality standard.
Ensuring all experiments are correctly recorded and data integrity is maintained to a high standard.
Communicating progress, successes and challenges with the R&D team, commercial team and wider company when required.
Updating protocols and maintaining laboratory stocks and inventory management systems.
MSc (or Equivalent) in biology, bioengineering or related subject with experience working in a regulated environment
Expertise in a broad array of relevant lab techniques (molecular biology, immunoassays, cell-based assays), preferably including primary cell culture, ELISAs, qPCR and confocal microscopy.
Highly analytical, able to interpret complex sets of data with excellent attention to detail.
Problem-solver, uses experience to identify problems and developing proposed solutions that minimise risk and ensure delivery.
