Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a leading and well-renowned Scottish business in their search for a Treasury Supervisor to join the team. Our client is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst or Treasury Accountant, ideally with an accountancy part-qualification. The role will be responsible for the ownership of all treasury reporting and the direct management of a small team.

Oversee daily treasury operations including cash management, forecasting, and reporting.
Management of a high performing team - provide leadership and guidance to junior staff within the treasury team.
Prepare and analyse financial reports related to cash, investments, and debt.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient treasury operations.
Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage relationships and negotiate terms.

The successful candidate will be experienced in a treasury role, or have had a significant element of treasury work in previous roles. Ideally the successful candidate will be part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA, though this is not essential. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role would be beneficial, though not essential, but an element of coaching and support provided to junior members of staff is required.
