Payroll Project Executive

Our client is a globally recognised Tax, Accountancy and Consulting business serving a wide array of individuals, SMEs, and the world's largest Multinational Corporations, with a well-known people-centric culture and a history of impressive growth.
We are seeking a talented Payroll Director to join our growing Powered HR practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in payroll implementations. Powered Enterprise is this BIG 4 Consulting firm's world-class accelerated Enterprise Business Transformation approach for cloud-based solutions that uses pre-designed back-office leading practices and a six-layer Target Operating Model. It enables clients to make better, faster decisions, resulting in a quicker implementation and a faster path to Return on Investment. This solution combines the breadth and scale of their leading practice, capabilities, and insight into a complete solution for an effective service management back-office solution.
The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology-focused professionals who work together to deliver the firm's Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in cloud applications (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Microsoft), to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities, and develop improvements and extensions to Powered Enterprise.
The successful Payroll Consulting and Solutions Director candidate will be expected to:
# Lead the delivery of high-quality payroll deployment projects.
# Provide specialist payroll advice and work closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize the benefits of a new payroll solution.
# Advise clients on the transformational aspects of payroll in relation to operating model, and relevant process execution.
# Lead business development and sales initiatives, including bid, proposal, and contract/commercial negotiations with our payroll clients.
# This is a challenging and rewarding role for a talented payroll professional. Essential experience for the Payroll Consulting and Solutions Director:
# Proven experience successfully delivering payroll programs.
# A track record of selling payroll solutions.
# Advanced functional understanding of payroll products.
# Experience in HR leading transformation projects, leading work streams, and managing teams.
# Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices, etc.).
# SAP/Oracle Cloud/Workday Knowledge.
