A top International law firm is seeking an efficient and proactive part-time Receptionist to join their friendly team on a 9 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible

The successful Legal Receptionist will be friendly and professional with experience managing a varied workload. Meeting, greeting and registering of clients
Ensuring audio-visual equipment is provided as requested
Assisting with reservations requests made by email or phoneThis Receptionist opportunity is a part time, 9 month fixed term contract, working Monday - Thursday on a shift basis between 7.Previous Front of House/Reception experience is essentialTo be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
