Contract Scotland are teaming up with a distinguished contractor renowned for its successful portfolio in civil engineering projects across the North Scotland. With a strong commitment to providing secure and diversified work, spanning both building and civil engineering realms, this partnership promises a rewarding journey.
Position Overview: As an experienced Site Manager, you'll manage the successful execution of a pivotal substation project in Argyll. Efficiently manage on-site direct workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
Conduct safety audits as mandated by line management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Directly engage with clients to ensure the delivery of top-quality results, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Hold a degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering.
Demonstrate proven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering projects, with a preference for experience in the energy or substation sector.
Possess current SMSTS (5 Day), CSCS card, and First Aid Certificates.
Exhibit strong commercial and contractual acumen, complemented by prior experience in civil engineering.
Hold a valid UK driving licence.
