Senior Veterinarian

What we’re looking for:

We're seeking a Senior Vet to lead our dynamic team in Lincoln This is an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement in clinical standards and services and to mentor colleagues toward our goal of becoming a center of clinical excellence.

Our new Senior Vet will play a pivotal role in our surgery's management team. We're looking for someone with a high level of clinical expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a leadership role, with the drive and vision to inspire our team to consistently provide gold standard, evidence-based care.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Working Pattern: 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends. No OOH, but the Head Vet will need to be on call for overnight inpatients.
