Job Title: Disability Support Assistant
Location:Plymouth
Salary: £12 to £13 per hour
Start Date: Immediately

Requirements:

Candidates who have previously worked as Disability Support Assistants will be given priority consideration.
Applicants possessing a valid driver's license are preferred.
Strong communication skills are a plus.

A dedication to fostering the success and well-being of students is fundamental.

Responsibilities:

Your role as a Disability Support Assistant by providing mentorship and guiding students on their educational journeys.
Craft diverse strategies, each to address the unique requirements of individual students.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
Create an atmosphere that promotes better social interactions and communication abilities.
Engage actively in daily activities, academics, and specialised interventions aimed at improving behaviour.
