Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to track progress towards company goals.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and ensure alignment of objectives.

- Proven track record of academic excellence and/or professional achievement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in a business management or consulting role is a plus.
