As a Building Surveyor / Associate Director, you will play a key role in leading their surveying team, managing projects, and providing expert advice to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to further your career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working on diverse projects and contributing to the growth and success of their firm.
Oversee all aspects of building surveying projects, from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Conduct detailed surveys, inspections, and assessments of buildings, identifying defects, recommending repairs, and providing cost estimates.
Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and other professionals, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Extensive experience in building surveying, with a proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.
Strong technical knowledge of building construction, defects analysis, and repair methodologies.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including CAD software and surveying tools.
