B2B Client Services Director (PR Account Director) - integrated digital PR agency, London
Maternity cover – 12 month fixed term contract (starting June 2024)
Hybrid working - 3 days p/w in central London offices
£50K - £60K - depending on experience
We’re on the lookout for an expert and energetic Client Services Director to step into a maternity cover role within a fast-growing integrated agency. You will work with clients across a portfolio of business, organisations and charities and focus on building effective digital PR strategies and delivering them to the highest standard with your team.
This role requires experience in education, third sector or healthcare and a genuine interest in delivering integrated strategies to clients with a social purpose.
You will be heading up the agency's social impact team which comprises a client base across:
- education – the team works with a number of schools, universities and suppliers to the education sector
- health – everything from health tech start-ups to national healthcare providers and care homes
- charities and not for profits
The role involves:
- Manging a portfolio of accounts.
- Being the senior point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships.
- Developing strategic comms programmes, campaigns, ideas, and angles.
- Managing your team to roll-out and deliver these strategies, coordinating with our specialists to ensure that client work gets delivered on time and to a high standard and that they always hit their KPIs.
- Ensuring excellent client service and balancing client satisfaction with profitability.
- Measuring results and reporting back to clients, as well as spotting and acting on opportunities for improvement.
- Being a true expert in your clients’ industries and their businesses to help them achieve their objectives.
- Organic growth – identifying additional opportunities within your client base.
- New business – leading pitches and proactively generating opportunities.
- Training and mentoring junior team members.
