Contract type: Temporary ongoing

What the role entails

As a foundation learning lecturer you will work with students who have learning difficulties or disabilities, or who need extra support to access mainstream education. As a foundation learning lecturer you may teach subjects such as literacy, numeracy, life skills, employability, and independence skills.

What we need from you

  • Subject specialism in relevant subject
  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Track record in effective teaching of subject
  • GCSE or equivalent maths and English
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to get one
