The Medical Director is a key leadership role responsible for providing clinical direction and strategic oversight to various departments such as Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology and Gen Surgery. As a Medical Director with with extensive experience in one of these areas, you will drive the development and implementation of best practices, ensuring the delivery of top-quality patient care. Oversee and direct all clinical operations, including patient consultations, surgical procedures, and post-operative care, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain the highest level of patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of clinical, and supporting staff to build a highly competent and cohesive team.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, professional standards, and legal guidelines relevant to practice.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, ensuring the integration of evidence-based practices and cutting-edge treatments.
Medical degree (MD)
Demonstrated proficiency in managing clinical operations and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
