Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance and Profitability Reporting: Provide regular updates to the board on the performance and profitability of all international business activities.

  • Market Analysis and Entry Strategy: Execute thorough analyses of international markets and identify entry requirements to facilitate successful expansion into new regions.

  • Network Development: Cultivate and oversee relationships with distributors, fabricators, and approved installers in international markets. Develop strategies to grow and enhance these networks globally.

  • Systems and Procedures Development: Create and implement streamlined systems and procedures to optimize international operations.

  • Performance Reviews and Target Setting: Perform evaluations for international distributors, fabricators, and approved installers. Establish clear targets and budgets for all non-UK international markets.

  • Product Development Opportunities: Identify and assess opportunities for product development in current markets and evaluate potential products or modifications for new market entry.

  • Strategic Contribution: Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to shape and implement the international strategy.

  • Event Representation: Attend international exhibitions and events to represent the company and provide support to distributors, resellers, and approved installers.

  • Architect Engagement: Forge strong relationships with architects worldwide, delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations tailored to industry professionals.
