Firmware Engineer – Taunton - £40-60k - Consumer Electronics Currently seeking a Firmware Engineer to join a client based in Taunton developing a range of exciting consumer products. The successful candidate will have knowledge of whole systems design including electronics and firmware and will have a passion for problem-solving and developing new products. Duties will include:

  • Development of Embedded Software with C
  • Embedded/firmware design to support legacy product changes and new product development
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team, including Software, Hardware and Mechanical Engineers
Requirements:
  • Programming - Embedded C
  • Electronic design experience
  • Experience programming MCU's (e.g, ARM, STM32, PIC)
  • Bare-metal programming
