Position: Site Supervisor

Salary: £55,000 per annum + benefits + package

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Utilise your strong technical background to address and resolve technical issues promptly.
Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime two days a month to meet project demands.
Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Perks and Benefits:

Proven experience in Facilities Management
Strong technical background (Electrical Level 3 or equivalent)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Willingness to be on call one in two weeks and work overtime as needed.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
