We are hiring a person to join the Compliance and Internal regulation team in London

Evaluate Compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop and evaluate internal compliance reports.
Actively participate in the assessment and review of the Risk Matrix.
Prepare and deliver compliance training.
Clarify compliance queries from other areas of the organization.
Develop, analyze, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Analysis of new regulations and planning for implementation in the department.
Bachelor's degree in Law (preferably) or similar field.
Specific training in compliance or official certifications such as CESCOM are desirable.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
English and Spanish fluency is a must; French is highly valued.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks.
Desire to work with different cultures.
Knowledge of CSR systems, COSO, internal controls, and ESG is a plus.
