My Client: My client specialises in creating and manufacturing enclosures that safeguard and support digital screens, tablets, and touchscreens. These products are used across retail, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate environments. The client focuses on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of their customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Testing: Formalise and implement strategic testing plans for products.
  • Quality Management System: Implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards and other relevant certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001), ensuring alignment across all functional groups.
  • Auditing: Conduct internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits to ensure high-quality standards throughout the organisation.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to implement lessons learned and drive process improvements.
  • Supply Chain Management: Audit supply chain partners and ensure compliance with quality expectations.
  • Customer Returns & Complaints: Lead root cause analysis for customer returns and complaints, working closely with customer service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and advise on business KPIs and metrics related to quality performance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience with ISO 9001 standards, ideally in a company with a £5m+ turnover.
  • Strong internal and external auditing background, with experience with root cause investigation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage at all levels of the business.
  • Strong organisational skills and accountability, with the ability to manage and control quality-related records and data.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a keen eye for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
  • Experience with supplier quality assurance and managing external manufacturing processes is an advantage.
