Support Worker - Swansea - Full time - 40.We’re a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.
Cartref Mynydd is only a few miles away from the stunning Gower Peninsula which is a designated area of outstanding beauty. It has sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and charming coastal villages all within a stone’s throw. On other days, our colleagues can be expected to be participating in activities such as hiking, swimming, trampolining, visits to the cinema and day trips to the beach.

Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
We are looking for people who care and have:

Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts;
A driving licence isn't essential, but would be advantageous;This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
