Chief Compliance Officer

A rapidly expanding, boutique hedge fund is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to build out their compliance function.
The firm have achieved substantial growth in a short space of time and are making significant hires across the business.
They are looking for a CCO to run the entire compliance function for the firm. This will be a hands on role, running all the business compliance as well as being the go to person for dealings with regulators. You will have significant autonomy in determining the direction of the function, with the opportunity to build out a team in future, as they continue to grow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lean team with ambitious growth plans. You will be a significant member of the business from day one and have a strong part to play in the overall growth of the firm.
Candidates must come from a buy-side background and have previous experience as SMF16/17.
My client are willing to pay a strong comp package for the right candidate, with extremely lucrative bonus potential. They are also offering a very attractive hybrid working arrangement.
