Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) Leeds | Hybrid | £25,000–£29,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £42k+)

If you’ve got 6–12 months of cold-calling or telesales experience and you’re looking for a role where you can grow, earn well, and actually enjoy the team you work with this could be a great fit.

Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualifying leads and passing warm opportunities to the sales team
Keeping CRM records up to date
Working closely with an SDR Manager who’s been in your shoes
6–12 months of cold-calling or telesales experience (B2B is a bonus)
~ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
