My client a leading global retailer is now looking to hire a Headof Legal - Technology to be based in Reading OR Dublin (3 days a weekideally).

Reporting into the Global GeneralCounsel, in this newly created and global role, you will lead a teamof lawyers and play a key strategic and operational role for this fastgrowing business.

Your responsibilities willinclude:

  • Sitting on the Legal leadershipteam helping to drive strategy
  • Leading a team of highperforming lawyers advising the business on all things technology anddigital related
  • Drafting and negotiating an array of highvalue and often complex technology related agreements

The ideal candidate will likely have 15+ yearspqe, and have trained at a top law firm, before moving in-house for awell known organisation in a technology focused role. You will ideallyhave experience of managing a team and playing a strategic andoperational role. The successful candidate will be a self starter,able to shape a role and you will be an excellent communicator able toinfluence and effect.
