We invite you to join our esteemed Client as a Maintenance and Small Works Manager, where you can bring your passion and expertise to our clients main contract, a household name who operate food stores, funeral care sites and banking.

This pivotal role involves overseeing top-tier maintenance and planned works for retail and commercial properties, contributing to a commitment to excellence.

To excel in this position, you should possess a trade or skilled background, a dedication to exceptional customer service, and hold a valid driving license. Supervisory experience and proficiency in IT are essential, with IOSH certification being advantageous.

What You'll Contribute:

Daily coordination, scheduling, and supervision of engineers and subcontractors.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards across all job sites.

Reviewing risk assessments and method statements for accuracy and compliance.

Addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Conducting client meetings, evaluating works, and preparing estimates and quotations.

Ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion of projects.

Implementing quality control measures for engineers and subcontractors.

Collaborating effectively with the Contract Support team.

Balancing office-based responsibilities with on-site visits, with approximately 60% office work and 40% site visits. In Return, You'll Receive:

A competitive salary package ranging from £34,000.00 to £38,000.00 per annum, commensurate with your skills and experience.

Standard work hours Monday to Friday from 0800hrs to 1700hrs.

22 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, with increases based on tenure.
