Desktop Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) Location: Southampton (Hampshire) Salary: Upto £43k (Dependant on experience) Hours: Monday - Friday

The position of Desktop Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] requires the individual to assess / estimate accident damage using the required knowledge of Audatex etc. The ideal candidate will be able to assess vehicle damage repair using computer based images and knowledge. You will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role, live in or around Southampton (Hampshire).


Duties will include:

To manage work volumes and task control on all cases within your remit
Provide technical support where required, within the business
Ensure authorised repairs are compliant and in-line with repair guidelines
To update internal systems for claims progression and operations
Be able to prioritise workloads and professionally deal with both telephone and email queries from staff and clients, within a reasonable time limit
To work within agreed SLA terms and meet departmental KPI's
