We are currently looking for a Key Account Executive to manage one of our establisehd Clients with their ongoing Requirements

Purpose of the Key Accountant Executive:

  • To provide an outstanding round the clock customer service to our Third-party relationships, through fully rostered shifts and high calibre engineers that are motivated to add value to our client during their shifts.
  • To quickly fulfil the engineer resource demands of our client with quality, committed, experienced and hardworking engineers.
  • To ensure supplied engineers adhere to legal, regulated requirements and contract obligations.

Your responsibilities as a Key Account Executive:

  • To deliver outstanding service, through Innovate’s core behaviours, high quality training and team commitment.
  • Achieve and exceed all targeted service levels and performance metrics that are associated with the Third-party relationship.
  • Manage the scheduling of all engineers under the contract ensuring 99%+ cover of competent engineers.
  • Continuously look for and implement improvements to the Customer and Engineer experience.
  • Constantly develop your knowledge & skills.
  • Identify opportunities that grow and develop the Third-Party Arrangement’s long-term relationship.
  • Onboard new engineers to maintain the optimal levels of cover flexibility.
  • Ensure all onboarding and Engineer polices and procedures are adhered to.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external people.
  • Resilient and highly adaptable.
  • High degree of drive and self-motivation to achieve set goals.
  • Quality focused and measured, with the ability to drive improvement processes.

Experience needed:

  • Demonstrable experience of working with a fast-paced and demanding client.
  • Managing and cultivating Third-Party Relationships.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
