Job Description

TechOhana has a exciting opportunity within the Salesforce eco-system for a growing Salesforce Business Analyst.

You will be joining a company at the forefront of the Financial Services industry, but will become apart of a team which is full of specialists within the Salesforce sector Offering the possibility to work fully remotely or join them in one of their many offices through out the UK

As well as this your have the opportunity to work along-side other highly skilled business analysts and consultants within the Financial Services industry and gather more information which can help you in both the Financial services and the Salesforce eco-system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities and configurations.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
