Locum Consultant Surgeon

The Surgical Unit at NHS Grampian, Dr Gray’s Hospital wishes to recruit 1 Locum Consultant General Surgeon to join a team of 4 Consultant General Surgeons. This is a full time position (10 PAs, 2 additional PAs negotiable)
Dr Gray’s Hospital is situated in Elgin, the county town of Moray. The surrounding area is considered to be of outstanding natural beauty. The Hospital serves a population of about 132,000 and provides emergency and elective general surgical services within the hospital and at selected community hospitals. Supporting staff include 2 Specialist Trainees, 1 Core Trainee 4 Foundation Doctors. The Hospital enjoys a strong association with the University of Aberdeen and takes 4th and 5th year medical students.
