I am currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients.

Providing leadership and guidance to a team of support workers

Coordinating and allocating work tasks, ensuring that support is delivered effectively and in line with individual care plans

Providing hands-on support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs

Undertaking assessments and reviews of individual care plans

Liaising with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care

Monitoring and reporting on the progress and well-being of clients

Supporting with staff training, development, and supervision

Previous experience working in a similar role within the social care sector

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs

A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
