My client, a global defence leader, are looking for a Weights Engineer to working within a multidisciplinary airframe team including designers, aerodynamicists, materials specialists, manufacturing engineers and structures engineers. You will be expected to support and manage work plans for yourself and for your team, contribute your knowledge and experience to help the team make effective decisions and be passionate and proactive in the development and deployment of the discipline capabilities.

Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft structure and systems Weights Engineering processes and methods, including early lifecycle weight, centre of gravity and inertia property assessment, and the management of weight targets
Relevant experience working within a Weights Engineering, Structural Engineering or Airframe related discipline
