- System Receiving: Utilize computer systems and software to process incoming shipments, update shipment monitoring records, and generate necessary documentation. Ensure accurate and timely recording of received goods.
- System Packing: Fully grasp SOP to do packing with daily job list in shipping system, and processing necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Physical Packing: Properly package and prepare goods for shipment, following established guidelines and procedures. Engage in physical activities to handle, sort, and organize goods within the warehouse or packing area. This may involve lifting, carrying, and moving packages of varying sizes and weights (mainly 0.5KG for each shipment, varying from 0.5KG to 6KG).
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle and record inventory data
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and tracking
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes and
- weights, able to lift 10KG
