More about the role

As a PR Account Executive or PR Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of account admin, day-to-day PR activity, and social media. Your involvement in executing campaign tasks will be crucial in meeting clients’ needs and ensuring long-term client retention and productivity across all channels. In addition, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the PR Account Manager or PR Account Director, you will require approval from them for all activities. In this role, you will be involved in various key objectives, such as managing media activity by drafting and issuing press releases, selling in, building media lists, and logging coverage to support client KPIs. You will also work with client teams to identify relevant influencers and bloggers, arranging contracts, issuing products, and evaluating the success and reach of collaborations.

Your skills will include

A minimum of 18 months PR experience is required, along with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You need a proactive approach and strong initiative as well as a personal desire to achieve and deliver results. Knowledge of social media channels, the ability to prioritise tasks with a can-do and organised approach, good attention to detail, and proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are all key components for success in this position.
