SF are working with an established business based in Desborough, Kettering who are seeking a Finance Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This role offers excellent exposure, progression and hybrid working. Salary up to £24,000K Hybrid working (50% of the week) Flexible hours On-site parking Friendly and fun working environment Job duties:

  • Support the purchase ledger to include invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, query resolution
  • Support the sales ledger to include cash allocation, credit card payments, customer queries
  • Daily tasks to include bank statement import, credit card payments and cheques input
  • Input of journals into ERP system as requested
  • Provide details transactional departmental reports on a monthly basis
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • A hands-on approach, to be results orientated and able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written)
  • Well organised, self-motivated and ambitious
