Maths Academic Coach
Are you a diligent and enthusiastic Maths Graduate looking to improve the attainment of KS3 and KS4 students in an ‘Outstanding’ secondary school?

Are you looking to pursue a successful teaching career and in need of experience in a school setting before undertaking your PGCE?

***Maths Academic Coach
***1-2-1 and small group support through the maths GCSE curriculum.

At least a bachelor’s degree in maths, or a related field.
A passion for maths, with a desire to motivate students to improve their progress.
A patient and understanding nature, coupled with the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
Providing outstanding support and guidance to under-achieving KS3 and KS4 students as they work their way through the GCSE maths syllabus.
Monitoring student progress and identifying individuals who require additional support to devise improvement strategies.
Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivering of GCSE maths lessons.
Organising and coordinating extra-curricular activities to extend students’ passion for maths to outside of the classroom.
