Join Ryeview Care Home in High Wycombe as an Assistant Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the home.
Assist the Manager and Deputy Manager in the efficient and caring running of the home.
Report directly to the Home Manager or their appointed representative, performing all duties as outlined in the employment contract.
Ensure the home operates to high standards and meets the requirements of proprietors, Local Authorities, Social Services, and Fire Prevention Officers.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of appropriate staff training.
Must hold at least an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Experience in dementia care.
