• As a Principal Engineer for our dynamic and growing team, you will play a crucial role in architecting the development and maintenance of our applications, ensuring optimal system structures, efficiency, and adherence to industry best practices. Your expertise in software system design and software architecture will be central to the success of our projects. Collaborating closely with the Principal Engineering Lead, your role entails guiding teams in technical processes, addressing security vulnerabilities, enforcing coding standards, and promoting best practices. Your extensive experience as a senior "full stack" developer has equipped you with a diverse skill set and a demonstrated capability to lead and influence technical teams. This role involves active participation in an Agile delivery environment, fostering collaboration with peers and management.
Definition and implementation of development standards and best practise.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed and help run brown bag sessions to upskill the team.
• Identification of tech debt, security & business impact analysis. Highly capable in creating Software Solutions
• Expert in Software Development Lifecycle
• Hands on experience with Web technologies Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS and HTML, VSTS.
• SQL /TSQL / SQL Server including database design
• Experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps Yaml CI/CD pipelines.
