The Enisca Group are a multi-disciplinary Design, Engineering and Construction business operating in the water utility sector.
Using relevant industry experience, you will be expected to help develop and refine the estimation process to improve efficiency, clarity, and accuracy while reducing overall costs along with building relationships with new and existing clients.
The role will involve working on a wide range of bids and tenders including several secured long-term contracts and frameworks across the UK within the construction, water, wastewater, and utilities sectors. Identifying appropriate suppliers and subcontractors from the company’s supplier database or the client’s preferred supplier list.
* Generating enquiries, obtaining, and analysing quotes for tender requirements from sub-contractors and suppliers.
* Collating detailed price lists and bills of quantities of everything needed on each project, this includes calculating and presenting the cost of people, plant, materials, transport, labour, and equipment hire to help inform the tender bid submission.
* Electrical/Engineering, Construction/Quantity Surveying or 2-3 years’ experience in a same or similar role. Hold a full UK driving licence. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
